SalTec is in partnership with Cydsa,
S.A.B. de C.V. Cydsa and SalTec have established ASISA, a Mexican
company legally incorporated in accordance with the laws of Mexico, as
the project company for the Mexico Storage Project to plan, design,
construct and operate underground salt cavern hydrocarbon storage
facilities in the State of Veracruz, Mexico. ASISA anticipates the
Mexico Storage Project will be the first such hydrocarbon storage
facility in Mexico.
